I’m glad other people think like me and also come to a similar conclusion. 

I agreed with you until the end with the switch in the phone booth…otherwise pretty stellar deduction!
I know this bit is far-fetched but I had read about someone saying there could be a soft landing set up that Sherlock could land on and then roll off…I feel like that person standing directly in front of the bench could have something that would inflate in those bags….hmmm
